2004 Z06 Nav install questions...
I am trying to decide between the AVIC N2 (single DIN) and the Eclipse 5435 (double din) nav units. I would rather have the Eclipse because I like the double din look better.
What I need is a good shop in the Phila area (Valley Forge) who won't charge an arm and a leg to install and modify the dash for the Eclipse unit.
Anyone have any suggestions??? The last shop I went to wanted $3500 for the Eclipse unit, install, and dash modification ($800 for this alone). That's a little to pricey for me!!!

uh, that sounds about right. High end stuff like this, installed properly, isn't cheap.
Check Tweeter. I used to shop at the Tweeter on Concorde Pike in Wilmington. Just south of the PA/DE line on 202. If nothing else, they will save you a bundle on sales tax.
Have you checked into the Alpine NAV system?
