not to deter you but it may be cheaper to buy a subthump box. 3/4" mdf is about $35, the carpet is $38/yd plus shipping (which is outrageous
) add a box of screws, some liquid nails, 3m high strengh spray glue, and a speaker terminal and you're close to the subthump box price

Its a pain in the *** to build one. your going to spend atleast 75 bux on just material. I would just save time and just buy one from subthump. But ill get you the directions to your email.
