I have a alky kit that when it flips on sends power to the pump. My question is, can I split the 12V+ line toward the pump into two, and send one of them into the car for a dummy light. I would feed that into the positive of the dummy light and the negative would be grounded.
I'm just trying to get enough juice to light the dummy light, not ground out the whole system so that the pump doesn't end up working. Do I need fuses anywhere? The alky controller box is fused with a 15 amp fuse already.
