Whos has a Passive EQ

ANYBODY running a passive eq in thier C5. If so, I would like to know which one and where you have it installed. I just purchased a Crossfir VR 404 Amp for my mids and highs and love it, but want to be able to control my amp frequenzy more.

I am currently using a Audio Control DQS but that is coming out and being replaced by an Alpine PXA-H701 digital processor. Both are mounted in the hatch of the car. Both are proably not what you are thinking but both give the most control to properly tune the system.

ugh...digital into a pxa-h701....your system is going to blow mine SO far out of the water!

I don't know about that Scotty. But yes I am going to try digital into the Alpine unit. I have not purchased the PXA yet and might just jump into the F1 Status piece instead. I have to get some more info first.

Lars...yes total redo. Kicker made me an offer I can not refuse so what is in is coming out and Kicker is going in. I will not be using a head unit anymore and replacing it with a computer....thanks Scott. I am going to shoot for a center speaker right in the middle of the dash on the top. I have a spare dash pad here that I am going to pull a mold off of. Also going to place my tweeters up there . I want to make the car comeptitive but it is difficult with limited speaker locations.
