C6 Help and Info needed
Hey guys, first time poster here and you guys seem to live and breath these cars so your the perfect guys to ask.
I have a customer with a 2005 coupe with the Nav/Bose system in it. I am going to be doing a full custom show system in it but keeping the stock deck. I was wondering if you guys can give me some background info on the car and the system.
1. I am replacing the Bose with 2 Xtant 4 Channel amps so I need front and rear signal for the LC6 I am using, what is the best way to get the proper signal I need.
2. The doors I am told are a shallow 10" with is perfect cause the Morel Elate 9" mid will fit perfectly. Is the door set up a 2-way or 3-way set up ?
3. In the rear right storage compartment there appears to be a "amp" standing upright under the factory carpet, is it the amp cause I am reading on here it's in the footwell.
4. Any issues with simply disconnecting the battery on the car ? (Have run into it on the 05 BMW's)
5. Anyone know where to get factory carpet for the rear hatch ?
