Weekly, weekend progress pics . . .
I've almost finished one of the speaker panels and the other side is just about ready to cast a mold and actually make the final part.
Just a little spot putty sanding left to go.
And here it is installed. It fits perfectly and since I glassed the part to the factory panel, it snaps right in too!
My hands hurt, these things require too much hand sanding . . .

I just finished making the 2 part mold for the driver's side. With any luck, I'll have the 2nd one (rough) done today. I'm finally taking my little boy to see Stars Wars this afternoon and then we'll pick up my wife from work and take her to dinner.
I spent over 14 hours in the garage yesterday and my fingers really hurt.
