Default Blue LEDs

I was thinking of replacing my interior lights with blue LEDs...however I am afraid they might be too dark. does anyone have any info or pics of this mod (I know blue light is hard to get on camera at night)

I took out the blue leds and put in white leds for better visibility at low level light settings; the blues were too hard to read logos unless the light level was turned up.

Here's a link to a couple of LED-conversions with detailled descriptions. I used most of them in my car and I'm pretty happy with the result.

I have not done this, although theoretically it should be possible. I like the white gauge cluster needles personally...I think if I had changed them to blue it would have been a bit much.

I will try to rip my car apart come Christmas Break (I am 2000 miles away from it until Christmas break) and let you know if you can for sure do that modification. I do know there are bulbs you can switch out (obviously) and they appear to be the same style...so I wouldn't see why you couldn't change the color.
