Default my stereo so far.. in a c5

I've only had the car a couple weeks so please be mindful of my incomplete amp rack. Front speakers were replaced with Boston Acoustics Pro Series 3 way components, the rears are bost rally coaxials. The head unit is an Alpine 9835. The amps are both alpine one mono, one 4 way. I built the pods in the doors with 1/2 inch mdf, coevered in black vinyl. I also have a hidden sirius radio antenna. I am building a flush plate to cover the amp rack showing only the tops of the crossovers and amps. Here are some pics for you. I also just added some oem Z06 wheels, bilsteins, and lowered it. Let me know what you think so far guys. If you have any questions as far as stero stuff goes I can probably help as I've installed for a while.

NICE! Like the pod. Going to do something like this on my 92 vert. The owner of LI sounds gave me some good ideas.

I really like the way you did the 3-ways in the doors
Those crossovers are HUGE
I (I'm sure others too) would like to see more pictures. I would also like to know if you think the Bilsteins are a big improvement over stock?

Finally, what did you do to that poor girl? Those look like scratches in before and after the front tire

i got it after it was ran through a fence row... lol lets say shocks inoperative, service ride control, needed a new driver side door, new passenger side mirror, there were 40 skittles melted and molded in the center console, all 4 wheels were scratched and curbed, and the rear tires looked like bologna skins. It has come so far in 3 weeks you wouldn't believe it was the same car. Paint is in the near future and I will get you all some better pics! Thanks for the compliments guys, means a lot.

Bilstein Sports are the way to go especially if you are lowered. Huge diiference over stock!

I have the same speakers in my doors. I had to relocate the tweeters to behind the pull handles because you and your passenger can easily block the tweeter where you have them now whith your knee's. I installed the 6.5" and the mid behind the stock factory grill.

ok so even though its scratched I've decided on heads and cam cause I hate losing to cobras... And as far as the tweeters go, its so loud that even when someones knee is in the way it tweets, next time your in Bowling Green for a corvette meet let me know you can have a listen
cheers
