Default Viper Alarm

My car is at the body shop. They can't seem to be able to start the car now, but it has started there. How can I make sure the alarm is not the problem? Of course, no one touched a thing...

We sell the Viper 791... if you unplug the main power plug on the brain, it is white and has about 10 wires in it, the starter kill should be disengaged. The starter kill is wired in the relay pack of the remote start. The starter wire will be cut, and the purple wire from the remote start will be going towards the starter, and the green wire towards the key switch. You can cut these and reconnect the starter wire, and all should work fine... If not, call me at work at 615-217-2819 on Friday between 9am and 6pm CST, and ask for Dave Hale... I will help you out in any way I can!!

Hope this helps, and you can contact me via my website and forums located below in my signature if you need anything else...
