Memory seats, etc...not working-troubleshoot?

Memory seats, etc...not working-troubleshoot?
I just noticed today that my memory is not working on my C6. This may have something to do with the stereo install last week but I'm not sure. My local car stereo shop installed a Pioneer AVIC-D1.
Anybody have any suggestions?

I think I figured out the problem
Not sure if this is it but I pressed the button in the middle of 1 & 2 on the driver door & it seemed to work after that.
I thought the button was far easy entry access not to turn off memory?
