Speaker Grills
I replaced the bose stuff in the doors of my 87. The grills hit the tweeters of the new speakers. Anyone know where I can find a plain square speaker grill? If not I'm going to rework the bose grills.

The new speakers came with round grills that won't cover up the big square hole in the door panel.
I want a flat square grill that won't hit the tweeter of the new speaker.
What do the people who have to make a grill usually use? Metal, plywood MDF? Whatever has to be strong enough the screws won't break out.
If I was still in the AF I would just get a piece of aluminum and cover it over.
