I have this on order so that I can add an amp and Sub to my stock Bose system on my 98 C5. Cant I use this adapter to get RAP for the amp(some wire at the back of the stereo must trigger this) or why would I need to tap into fuse 22? Thanks for the help.

tapping into fuse 22 is for when you remove the head unit and need an acc lead, since you're not doing that you dont have to worry about it. I'm not sure about the RAP but i would assume that as long as it's taking it's power from the same harness that is plugged into the radio, you'll be good to go.

I'm pretty sure it's possible to use the aoem-vet1 to keep the sub powered with RAP, read the instructions when you get it.

If you'd like, you can also use the radio's power feed to the door amps. Check out my post in the FAQ thread to see how.

Well, I dont have any remote power to the amp. I can supply power to the amp remote and then I get the bass but not from the blue lead out of the Vet1. The wire on the otherside is connected properly to the dark green lead #8. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
