Treo question
Hi all. This is mainly for the carputer guys. Is it possible to use the Treo 700, i think. The windows based one to use as a carputer. I'm about to get a new phone and since this one is PC based, im wondering if this is at all possible. As you all know from my previous posts, im still learning. I want to eventually venture into the carputer area. Its ok to be just blunt with me and say that this wont work at all. Or if it can work, how it would work and what not. Ive been seeing posts about the Mac Mini being a carputer and just was curious if this Treo would work. Thanks

i dont know a lot about the treo but i doubt it will work. you could use it as an mp3 player but i dont think that it has a very very useful interface for the car. does the treo have a video out? You would also have a hard time finding car computer software to run on it since everything is written to run on xp or similar os.
