CD will not eject in a C4

CD will not eject in a C4
It's a 92. The CD Player will play the CD that's in it but it will not eject. I've tried sticking a knife inbetween there but to no evail. Is there a trick I'm missing?

ok I'll try it when I get home. When the CD is playing and I switch to FM it makes a grinding noise every two seconds until I turn the radio off and once back on it stops.
