First of all l have a 2002 coupe which already has a single Cd player.
Now if l buy a used 12 CD player is the wiring already in the back? Or does it have to be snaked up to the front?
And do l use the same radio (am-fm-cd player stock)
Who should l use to hook it up, the dealer or any audio shop.
One more thing do l have to cut anything away or make any holes to install it?
A little **** but honest !
And no l am not capable, sick isn't it. I can do anything around the house but when it comes to electronics, look out.
Thanks
Alan
Do l have to swap out the radio that's in there now? And what does that cost?

Reason: adding
All you would need to buy, in addition to the changer, is a COR-HAR cable.
The cable plugs into some plugs under the passenger floorboard near the fuse box, then gets run under the carpet to the rear tubs. I wedged my changer into the passenger side tub with some foam and it worked just fine, or you can make it look stock.
your radio will work just fine, the changer is supposed to be mounted in the center rear storage compartment.
you can buy an installation kit from any chevy dealership, it has the changer harness, changer mounting bracket and instructions. costs around $90.00
While l hate to change the subject but your Pace Car is awesome!
Back to the CD changer, being that we live in the same state could you recommend anybody to install it for me. i can do anything but when it comes to electronics l'm pitifull.
Only kidding, l'm only 1 1/2 hrs away. When l get the changer l will let you know. I have to wait until the guy takes it out so he can hook up his ipod. He told me to be patient and it can take up to 3 wks.
