Fitting 2 12's in a c4....

ive been through these and most of these topics are on c5's. i was wondering if anybody had been able to fit 12's in the back but still able to store the targa top without hassle. i was thinking about taking off the lids on the storage containers and building custom boxes for each. Any help?????

IF you look in my pictures I have photos of the setup, the subs amp is behind the drivers seat, I'm kinda short so it fits, and the speaker amp is underneath the passenger seat.

Thank you BRICHC4, now i dont have to go through any trouble to take the lids off and cut the storage container up. good idea btw. so simple i never even thought of it.
