Door speaker advice.
I installed a pair of TS-A1671R 6.5 inch speakers in the door. I put a cover over the back of them when I mounted them ( I was worried about water ) and I can barely hear them. I was thinking about cutting the back out of the cover and see if this helps.
Anyone have trouble with water killing your door speakers. This is in a 1989 C4.
Before I took out the Bose stuff, the fronts were a tad louder than the rears. Now the rears are really sweet but the front speakers really suck. They have the same power as the rear speakers so I can only assume its the covers I put behind the speakers that are limiting the sound.
