What head unit does the most?
Is there a head unit with a 7" screen that can play ipod, have a tv tuner, allow a rear camera and offer navigation? Alpine seems to do it all if you buy a lot of add on boxes like $1700 for navigation. Which brand offers the most options for the least cost?
