I have read all kinds of posts on audio upgrades and the more I read, the more confused I become. Could an expert give me an opinion on my two options?
1. Just replace door 3.5s and rear 5.25s in a 2005 C6. Will the sound be noticeably better? Best choice?: Infinity refrence, Boston, Eclipse, Other?
2. Replace the 3.5s and 5.25s with the above speakers, run rears in stereo, connect to a 4 Blaupunkt 4X75 thin line amp, replace door woofers with Blaupunkt 10" subs via a 2X75 thinline amp.
If I connect the HU to the PAC-OEM connector, those RCA plugs then go to the 4 speakers. Where do I tap into the signal for the door subs?
Are there sub outputs on the back of the HU? or do I cut into the speaker wire? Can I successsfully hide both amps to keep the stock look?
I am not looking for loud sound, but clear, precise, rich sound.Any help is greatly appreciated.

From experience I would reccomend that you go to the audio shop and listen to their speaker setups. A good store will have a wall with all the decks and speaker combos hooked up so that you can bounce from speaker to speaker to listen to each one. Try various ones until the song the deck plays sounds the best. Trust me, you'll know it when you hear it, and it may surprise you when it's not always the most expensive ones that sound best.
