I need some advise from anyone with epoxy resin experience. I am planning on building two sub boxes for 10" JL W6s. I have a vert and I want to put one on each side of the trunk with an amp rack in the middle for a 300/4 and a 500/1 JL amp. I plan on building the box with part MDFB and the rest with fabric and epoxy. I just need to know what type of material and the correct weight to use on the boxes? I had found a vender on the web but it looks like theygave it up. Any help will be great!1
Mitch!!!
I use an fibreglass resin from NAPA, I think it's no wax.
Use a heavy flannell cotton for the fabric portion, it will be denser. Also, consider some dynomat for the fabric parts of the sub box, it will help deaden it some.
