Courtesy Light Wiring
While removing the door panel off of my '85, I broke the little white plastic thing that holds the courtesy light wires in place. There are 3 wires: white, black, and orange. I have a wiring diagram but all it shows me is that these wires are for the light and thats all it tells me. How do I get the wires back together to make the light work again? thanks.

Typically the orange wire is 12V constant, the black is ground, and the white is the door trigger wire that usually goes from 12V with the door closed to ground when door is open.
What exactly broke, and what are trying to repair with the wiring? Do you have any pics? Maybe I can help.
