Not that this comes close to what some of you guys are doing, but I upgraded the door 3.5's to the infinity 3012 reference speakers, and I must say quite a noticable improvement for 60 bucks shipped and I was very impressed in how easily they installed. The door panels slipped off in about 5 minutes, I also glued and re-crimped my BOSE emblems that were rattling.. this may have been the best imporvement of all. Anyway very happy for now until I get the urge to add a sub... This post is to anyone who is thinking about doing it, it is very simple. Took all of around 1 hour to do both..

nice upgrade. I was thinking about going this route until i was talked out of it. IM glad i was talked out of it because the car sounds so much better now. Everything on the inside comes apart just as easily as the doors do. I dont mind working on the inside of this car at all. If you are happy with what you got, then we are happy. Nothing better than being satisfyed with the work you did.

I agree!! The C5's are the best vette by far to work on!! Easy to manuever in, easy to take apart, and easy on the eyes too!!
