It's supposed to be limited to vette audio, but there aren't too many moderators here.
uhm hold on....you just posted a new topic.....uhm...i'm so confused
just do what you did when you posted this thread but include your question or topic of discussion?

What's next...the Audio Forum having a Mod?
Maybe we could use a "First Lady" :o
you still need to be introduced to our friends the Punctuation Marks! Please, lemme introduce them to you! The period - "." He is a good one... tells us when a sentence, and a thought, end.
The Comma - ","! Another winner in my book, allows for a clarification of a thought mid way through a sentence!
And please, if you are a foreign national with problems with the English language, speak up... otherwise, we will pick on your unmercifully. Clear questions help get clear answers. Your typing skills are not the issue, asking clear questions is the issue. Reread and edit the post before it gets saved.
Ok... with that said.
Adding speakers to the C4 Bose systems just isn't going to happen. The Bose amps are very proprietary and as such, are not just available. you are not going to be installing any aftermarket components in there and get them to work with the factory bose. It just won't happen.
If you want to install speakers up there, may I suggest doing this as part of a full scale audio upgrade? Remove the bose completely and go totally aftermarket! You should be able to install a nice set of midranges and a tweeter up there, and them install a big ole 6" midbass into the door. If you are REALLY clever, I bet an 8" could be massaged into the early C4 door. It's something I am debating.

I gotta see this one, come on Andy do it.... Ill send you my door panels now...
As for the 92, I have successfully installed 4" mids into the carpeted area. boy, that sounds nice.
