need DC circuit help. Light dimmer.
As you can see I have 2 gauges. They are LED lit, and MUCH too frikkin bright.
I tapped the power/ground to my stereo, (Since it is illumination, and only powered w/headlights) The ground obviously is the stereo's ground.
then from the tapped line, i tapped it again for the second gauge.
IS this the right place to install a potentiometer for dimming?
If so, not sure what value of pot to put in...
I do NOT want to wire it into the factory dimmer.
