I have the exact same mount that I just removed from my C5 (getting a C6 soon). If you get it from the manufacturer it will cost $70 plus S/H for one with the blue LED's. If someone here wants mine (used about two months) I'll ship it to them for $50. PayPal is preferred (CC OK) but any paper payment will work if you don't mind waiting until it clears my bank.

That experiment was on my list, but the unit was removed before I got around to it, sorry. When I first put it in I thought that the LED's were perfect for daytime driving, but a bit bright at night. That didn't last long, once I got used to them it seemed like they were always there. If you plan ahead and add a simple on/off switch (hidden somewhere) you won't have that problem.

Wow, look what I started ! I was the first to post mine after getting mine custom made. I'll bet they sell like hotcakes ! I know i had a ton of pm's asking about the HU plate...... I guess I can start sending them to you NCR Dave ......
