C5 Max Effort Alternator
OK. I'm looking for information on, and links to, maximum effort C5 alternators.
We're talking 1/0 gauge bad boys - 200+ amp monsters. In other words, seriously heavy duty alternators. The bigger, the better.
Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.

I had a 200+ amp on my Pace Car that I had built at a Alternator shop. I had to use a different bracket that I purchased online. I used a delco CS 144 alternator that had heavy duty internals, since the valeo couldn't be bumped up that high. I got my bracket from alternatorparts.com. I used the A275 bracket along with the A2009 spacer.

Did you have an belt alignment problems with the new bracket? Remember, I am supercharged and will be running a 8 rib belt.

I have a guy that custom builds alternators for a living, and who is a personal friend of mine as well. We use his alternators exclusively at my shop, and I know for a fact, his alternators are BAD-A$$!!!
His name is Dominick Iraggi, and his company is Iraggi Alternators in LaVergne, TN. His number is 615-287-7991, if you'd like to talk to him directly (be sure to tell him Dave Hale referred you!!), and if you do a Google search on his alternators, type in "Iraggi Alternator", and you will also find that he sells a ton of them on his Ebay store as well!!
I can personally vouch for him, as he has built some of my custom competition alternators in the past, and soon, I will be selling his alternators directly through my online store for Corvettes at www.corvettecaraudio.com.
