Mount V1 Overhead?
In my 2005 350Z I mounted my V1 to the overhead using one of the zip fasteners for the header. I know that most will question the drilling of the header between the removable roof and the rear glass, but I think this would put the unit out of sight for states like VA where they are illegal.
Thoughts please. I have my V1 and Concealed display ready to go in. The display will be in the ashtray location, but I am concerned with just mounting the V1 from the visor mount I bought from a forum vendor as I think it will be visible by our LEO friends.
