Good to hear Greg. Yah yah...bad pun. 
I am also very interested in the burnout show. Maybe with a little prodding and a couple Captain and Cokes we can get Wiz to light up the Vette tires.
I know he photographed those pics of him lighting 'em up in the parking lot and posted on here a few months ago.

there is so much going on, ive been getting dates all mixed up
yes im pretty sure that the 7th is a go for me
on the starved rock cruise i think i got back around 6 or so last year. I'll check into it and let you guys know for sure. the twisty roads are fun and so is the speed that we get up to sometimes on these back roads

alright guys, found out that if we leave on time from dave and busters 10am, we should arrive at starved rock around 1230-1pm. On the way back if you are strapped for time you can mapquest the quickest way home from starved rock. If yor not strapped for time, you can enjoy the twisties on the way home as well.

Bogus....thanks! You guys are too much fun reading the posts and learning more about audio.
Just sealed the deal on the replacement car. I am picking up a 65 Chevelle in MI. Wiz was kind enough to look it over for me this past weekend and it turned out to be as clean as the pics I got. So of course a stereo will be needed in the car.
I think you'll have plenty of us midwesterners wanting to come out to Cali come January time.

I don't know how "up to it" that 283 in the Chevelle is to a burnout contest.
Maybe I better wait until next year (or whenever) the Procharged 400 small block makes it's way into the engine bay.

i can only hope its warmer by then... i have an install on a vette comin up all elemental designs and it could possiably be done the morning before the get together meaning maybe he will come along
