I don't know of one that you can plug in at the footwell (although, it certainly may exist). What you could use at the "back" of the Head Unit is the Peripheral PXHGM4:

Description: The PXHGM4 harness will allow you to install Peripheral iPod2car, Aux2car and PCD10 products to 1997-05 Chevy Corvette at the radio location. Vehicles that are prewired to the trunk must disconnect existing cable to make room for the PXHGM4 cable. The PXHGM4 features GM 20-pin male and 20-pin female connector on one end and peripherals proprietary iPod2car/Aux2car/PCD10 connector on the other. This cable will allow installation of Peripherals iPod2car, Aux2car and PCD10 to select 1997-04 Corvette radios using the 20-pin connector at the radio instead of the factory cable in the trunk.
Warning!
The PXHGM4 cable will only work with Peripherals iPod2car, AUX2CAR and PCD10 products in 1997-04 Corvettes that are not prewired.

ive only heard of one length for the cor-har. You can do a search for the cor-har. there should be tons of info on it if you have further questions. sorry, im not familiar with that cable. I am familiar for the setups without a factory cd changer though

Try calling the maufacturer tech dept ("Peripheral" makes the "IPOD2CAR")themselves and tell them what you want to do. They will tell you exactly what you need. That is what I wound up doing and they hooked me up. (pun intended)
