Hey guys I was looking around at some stuff for the vette.. i found these few items.. I was wondering if this would be a good set up.. definately want to go with ED components and ED (subs).. I have spoken with scott some.. he recommended installing the subs upfront (kick pod) if I were to mount it in the rear what kind of ED sub would u guys recommend?.. not looking for hard pounding bass.. thanks!!
If you are going to pick up components and some eu700's I would see if you could put together a nice package with an ED amp as well. Penta has had a lot of good success with them. If you are not looking for very much bass you may just get away with the eu7's and your front components off of the 4 amp channels. Provided you can get a decent (minimum 12db) slope to them you would probably be gtg.
the amp that i want from ED is not available with the forum discount.. I am not looking for a lot of bass.. suggest maybe putting another sub in the back for slightly a larger amount of bass from ED?
Peroally I would go with a 10 or a 12 in the back in a box in the center compartment vs using the eu700s up front. Also check out Eclipse and Kicker for some nicer 4 channel amps.

i would suggest the same if he were to go with something in the back. my eu recomendation was based on him not wanting any subs in the back of the car
yes this is true.. sorry if i made it seem otherwise scott.. i think it may just be worth spending a few extra bucks.. and saying screw the room in the back.. for the better sound

yeah, the eu's will be great but i believe they may be a 'compromise' sub. if you can stand the losing hte extra room, by all means go with a larger sub.
