Default New a fast answer on wiring harness...

Since the guy at the NCR store hasn't answered my question in 2 weeks I need to get a wiring harness for my vette

Ripping out the factory head unit and adding my Pioneer, keeping the factory Bose amp and speakers

Metra Vehicle Wiring Harness (80-1858)

MET 801858

Will that part number work? I'm tired of screwing around with this bull****, I need an answer.

Thanks!

Yes I search and got a different manufacturer but I'm curious to know if this harness will work.

to start with, you will need an adaptor to work with the bose... a harness isn't gonna cut it.

do yourself a favor, and lose the bose completely.

Check out Crutchfield and see if they have a Scosche harness adapter for your HU.
Don't go ripping out everything until you've tried the new HU first. You might be surprised at the improvement like I was.

Too much work, I'm not interested in rewiring everything. Even though I have enough equipment here to build a nice little system I don't feel like doing it. I just want to throw a in a nice MP3 headunit and call it a day.

Exactly That's my exact thought process.
