Possible iPod Interface and Source
I have no affiliation with this company and I make no claim as to how this product works, but I have purchased adapters from them in the past to install XM and hands free cell phone kits in other vehicles.
Here is a link to a source for an iPod interface and cables that claim to work on GM vehicles with and without an XM receiver.

The information says it works with 2005-2006 Corvette. You would have to call them to see if it also works on a 2007.

Peripheral electronics website application guide only lists 1997-2004 Corvettes. This may be the same unit which has been tried before with mixed results ( dead batteries). GM is coming out with their own solution this year.

This part (PXDPGMT) dos not work in 2005-06 corvette.. the part they have for corvettes is the
PA11-VETTE I just e-mailed them to double check.
I, like the you have also purchased parts from this merchant but in doing some research i found that the PA11-VETTE is the iPod adapter currently compatible with 2005-07 Vette radios that either have XM installed or are XM ready.
