I have a 86 Coupe it had a bose system in it which the prev. owner removed it with a chainsaw Any way I'm putting in a factory 90's AM-FM CD radio..I bought a reverse wire kit to at least get the plug for the back of the radio..Now to the dash wiring mess...I know a few of you have done this all I need is the correct wires in that mess..I tried to use Bogus's diagram but when hooked up to the harness I have no Power..Is any thing diff in the Bose wiring..Help Please
What is in there as far as speakers, do you have bose speakers with bose amps etc.
Is the new radio a bose radio?
You are in spring grove, im in palatine about 45 min away. I used to pro install till I decided school was smarter choice now I do installs on the side, and vettes for fun. Ive done a few forum members C5's and i have done my share of C4 work as well. Let me know id be more then willing to get together with you this weekend bust out some diagrams, multimeter, soldering iron and go to town. You buy me lunch we call it a deal.
