Default Hey Kale

I was wondering what you have for a mic now for your RTA. I have 2 shure vocal mic(sm57,sm10a) and an instrument mic(sm58). I did some checking on specs and found out the 57 has a freq response of 40-15000, BUT when I looked at the graph it takes a dive at about 100 hz at about 18 db/oct. and on the high end raises about 3db/oct(all 3 mics). So this led me to do some more checking. I have'nt found a mic that doesn't drop of on the low endand get more sensitive on the highs. Dont get me wrong, this system sounds awsome. Better than the polk system in my C4 ever thought of sounding. So it would seem that the RTA is good for setting up the mids and you could split the diff on the highs knowing the curve, but the lows you'll have to mix in by ear. Your thoughts?
