Place to mount front speaker amp?

Place to mount front speaker amp?
Anyone mounted an amp for the front speakers under the dash or somewhere other than the norm? Not trying to run rca's, power cord, speaker wire, etc the length of the car and back, twice. Some pics would be great too.

Sub 2" high amps will fit under a non-power passenger seat. I have a 16.5" long amp there + electronic crossover (that you can see with the seat back forward) that BARELY fits with a 3/8" MDF mounting board and a 1.5" thick amp. If you pick wisely you can get an amp under there. Worth looking in to, especially if your amp is 8-9" long as the seat framework slopes front to back .. it is pretty tight in the back.

How big... dunno, just trying to see if there's anywhere to stuff a small one. Say 75w x 2 as small as they make one. I've thought about under the front seat, but not a huge fan... was hoping someone had one stuffed under the dash somewhere.

you could fit somethin under passenger side of dash above the kick panel piece that covers the glove box but it would be hella tight. a guy in a c6 put one in the inner fenderwell
