Soundgate adapter question????

Default Soundgate adapter question????
I notice there are 4 channels on the adapter and they all have a gain setting. Should the gain settings be all the way up, then just control the gains from the new amps?

they should be at least set half way if not all the way. I had mine all the way up on one of my adapters adn it was fine.

So all the way up won't distort the sound?

I had mine at 11.

11? I thought they only go to 10.

No, these go to 11.

Then why isn't 11 just 10?

These go to 11.
