How do I do this?

I sent them an email for a quote.
How does one go about making such a modification? I want to put my TN51s in the pillars, and that is the ONLY location where they don't scream like a baen sidhe.

build it like you'd build a sub box. mdf [square] ring mounted solidly then lay fleece over it and fiberglass it.
for the grill, you can cut a piece of plastic or mdf to fit inside the other ring then cover it with grill cloth

nope, bondo will crack if put on too thickly. you can use it to fill in some gaps and what not, but don't go wild with it. it wont be really hard, just a lot of sanding and tweaking.

been there done that.....Mounting the tweet I used a plastic jar lid and cut the center out put a hole in the right spot on the piler. CA glued it all togeather then smoothed it all up with bondo.......The vinal is a *&%$# You may want to have a pro do the covers....
Scott is right though you cant make the bondo to thin....Insted of going with the glass I found plastic...remember if your wraping it you dont have to spend a lot of time with a perfect finish
