I have done these in both my coupe nonNab and my vert with nav. Same unit in both each about a 15 minute install. I live in Tylersport and will be glad to help you out once this weather breaks.
Hey Dan
When the weather breaks r u still up for my Stereo install?

Hey Bruce, yeah, I'm still up for it. You may be better served waiting a bit until I get Version 2.0 finished on mine, at least if you're at all interested in using a subwoofer. If you don't care about the sub and definitely want the amp in the cubbie then waiting wouldn't be necessary.
You have a vert which is min 2LT. If memory serves(always suspect) then that means XM is an option and the SIR-GM1 will work regardess of what Crutchfield says. Crutchfield also says a double DIN head won't fit in my '07 Avalanche and they VERY wrong. I do tend to believe them when they say something WILL fit, but when they say it won't... not so much.
It's an hour or two worth of work. You're local. I work for beer. When it gets warm...
Thanks for the offer, I may have to take you up on it. I have 3LT if that matters.
Thanks for the info. I'll probably take you up on the offer. I have a 3LT if that matters. I'll get the unit from crutchfields.

Both of you.. check out my Weyerbacher cruise thread in the Northeast section, set for May 5. My 2 hardcore stereo buddies will be with me and we're going to be doing alot of "circle drinking" on my C6 stereo that weekend.
FYI.. "Circle Drinking" was coined by the wife of a very good friend of mine... that's when you're in a room (be it basement, garage, etc) with a beer in your hand, walking around talking about the things you'd be doing if you weren't drinking.
