Old Guy Happy with Bose
I bought my '90 Coupe knowing that the Delco/Bose was bad - didn't know how bad until I got it apart and started reading this forum and running diagnostics.
I made a decision to keep it all stock and sent all (and I mean all!!!!!) the parts out for total refurb and CD upgrade to MP3.
I am 54 and have lost some high range hearing. The Bose does favor the bass end.
Gotta say I love the Bose! Cruised the interstate to a meeting last night with a remastered Rolling Stones CD playing and thought life didn't get much better!

afterall it is all subjective. If you like, good. You have to be happy with it, right? Keep enjoying those tunes
