I am trying to sell my Alpine HeadUnit and everything that I bought to go with it. I have the Alpine IVA-D310 it is a fully moterized in dash 7" touchscreen. I also have a tv tuner with antenas that go with the head unit. I also have the Blackbird Navigation unit with the docking bay to hook it up to the alpine headunit. The navigation unit is awsome, because when it's in it's docking station you can control it using the cd player, but if you want to use it in another car, you can take it out of it's docking station and take it with you. Everything is in excellent condition exept for the antennas for the tv tuner. I have mine hidden under the dash so i guess it doesnt matter what they look like.

Nice to meet you neighbor!! You should buy the whole package. How bout 50% now and 50% in a month??? Everything is still hooked up in my vette so you could see it in person before you bought it. I think you were beig sarcastic about buying it, but you totoally should think about it!!!

So can you display the nav on the flip out screen and have the little blackbird thingy hidden away where no one can see it? Or is that the reciever and has to have line of sight with the sat?

You can have it hidden away anywhere you like. I have mine hidden in the glovebox. The docking bay basically works as the processor. It's really fast and you can hide it anywhere you like. I have mine hidden in glovebox so if I ever want to take it out if I'm driving another vehicle I just pop open glovebox and then i have portable nav in whatever im driving. One of the best navigation I have ever used.

It's got a seperate antena. I have mine tucked away in the dash and It finds like 6 satalights everytime I turn it on. It also automatically turns on when you start the car so you don't have to manually open the docking bay and turn it on..
