JL - Outstanding Service
Just wanted to make a quick remark about a customer service experience. I contacted JL Audio recently about some small pieces required to mount the master volume control and l.e.d for the Cleansweep, were they available etc.
I was contacted within a day or so by Steve Duffield, a Technical Support Manager for JLA. He got my information and in a week or so, he sent me the parts I needed, plus JL paid for shipping.
Im glad knowing that my Cleansweep, my 2 JL 300/4's and my subwoofer have such a great company standing behind them. I will buy again, and I will recommend JL when possible.
