Excellent Customer Service Found


I ordered a headunit mount with custom lettering from them and was uncertain of the prefered font. Mark sent 2 renderings with different fonts and I chose font 1 at first then changed my mind and sent an email choosing font 2, but he missed that email and made the face using font 1.
A couple days ago, I sent an email to get an update on the status of my project. Mark informed me that he'd completed and shipped it on Friday. He included a picture of the finished mount from which I gathered that he'd used the wrong font.
I sent this email:
Mark - I sent you an email on May 11, 2007 asking for the other font that we'd discussed. I don't plan on sending this one back, but I would like to know how much it would cost to have another face cut in the correct font.

He responded with this email:
Hello Damon,
I will make you up another faceplate with the other font and send it put to you.
