Wondered if somebody here had enough experience with Alpine Ai-Net cables to answer me a question...
I'm going to install an Alpine outboard processor in my truck to go with my W205 and that means I'm going to have to run the Ai-Net cable from the head to under the back seat, then another one back up to the Sirius module behind the glovebox. The Sirius module only came with a 2m cable and that's not going to get it done.
I've spied some cables on that famous auction site that are "XM/CD CHANGER AI-NET" etc and the connectors look right. So my question is, is motor oil motor oil here? Aside from the cables that end in RCA's or the iPod stuff, etc, is there a diff between the XM/Sirius cable and the CD Changer?

I won't make any guarantees but when I switched from my Sony head to Alpine in my Yukon the cables for those two were identical. You shouldn't have a problem with the cables you're looking at.
