C6 Subwoofer install question
I have a 07' Z06 with the Bose premium system and Nav, No on-star.
I wanted to add a little bass to the system, so the simplest solution seemed to be a bazooka system. But after reading all the post it seems like the installation is not very easy and it is hard to find a reputable audio installer that can find the correct wires to tap into.
So my question is what is the simplest way to install on of these?? I have seen some people use the pac-aoem-gm24 and bypassing it etc. and read something regarding the pac add-gm24.
Also what size bazooka is recommended??

Ok install is easy
There is a post in the FAQ and if need be I can link you to it. Basically you just tap 4 wires behind the radio no pac adapter or anything put rca ends on them and there is your signal. The remote wire you tap the winshield wiper circuit in the fuse box and bam

Or, if you'd rather not cut into anything then PAC's equipment does work very well. I used a GMCO on my 07 and a GMAH24 on a customer's 07 Z06 that I finished up last week.
I'll be posting pics of his install sometime next week, but if you're looking for a lot of bass, let me know as the box I built holds 2 12" Critical Mass subs and it hits really hard.
