Kenwood Stereo Problem
Purchased an 89 with a Kenwood KRC-X97/807 Stereo.
Is this factory or aftermarket?
The problem is: Face plate opens and no light in LED. You get 1 station and its real low. No other buttons work. I don't want a chop radio shop rooting around and I can't find a dealer/service for Kenwood in the Albany/Glens Falls New York area. Any Ideas.
And NO the Reset button doesn't work either.

best responce i can give. get a new head unit, and just replace the one you have. No point in trying to trouble shoot the issues yours has. Besides, if you get another head unit, very easy install since you already have an aftermarket in there. Just a quick switch
