I just installed a JL Audio 450/4 woth 3 ways in the doors and replaced the 5.25s in the back. We are still using the factory Nav radio. My question is, were is the factory remote wire take turns on the amp with the radio, I had to use the Cars ACC wire.

There isn't one. The on/off commands get sent over the serial data bus instead of 12V triggers. Grabbing the ACC wire is about as good as you'll do without adding a module. If you want to to get RAP then I'd recommend grabbing a Peripheral GMRAP module. You tie it off to constant power and the serial data wire and it outputs switched +12 that you can use as a trigger.
no its triggered by acc, so you would get the rap but it still wouldnt turn off with the radio
u need something that triggers off the audio level outputs, i believe david navone makes this but his website seems to be down at the moment, ill check again later and re post
This module is triggered by the radio right, not just the car ACC? So if you turn off the radio, the trigger is turned off.

The head is triggered via the RAP so if you trigger the amp from the GMRAP which creates a RAP trigger, they will both receive the turn off signal at approximately the same time.
It sounds like you're describing a signal sensing device Greg, but since both devices would be triggered from the RAP signal using the GMRAP I don't think that would be necessary. Here's the manual for it from Peripheral:
Im a little confused. Is there a way to have the amps turn off and on with the factory NAV radio, not just the vehilces ACC. I think this module will do the same thing that I am doing right now with the ACC wire. Am I correct?

Thanks for all the help

That is not correct. The factory radio itself is incapable of triggering an amp. It is part of the serial data network and it receives it's command to shut down via that network. The GMRAP monitors that network, it is NOT a simple 12V trigger. When the GMRAP sees the "RAP function off" command across the serial data bus it turns off it's 12V output, which would tell the amp to turn off. The radio also switches itself off when it reads this same command, so that is as close as you are going to get, period, to the radio turning off the amp.
This is exactly the function that modules like the GMCO and GMAH24 provide to aftermarket radios when you replace them. When they get the RAP command they switch off their acc output, which tells the aftermarket radio to switch off.
