Double Din or not

I looked for this in the fourm but could not get a straight answer. Will a double din aftermarket radio fit my 1992 C4 coupe? It did not have the Bose system - it was factory AC Delco.

Better question is will it fit without any modifications? It looks like it might.

Please post your pictures if you have a DD unit installed.

I remember seeing pictures of a REALLY nice install of an Eclipse double-din navigation / dvd unit. The whole thing was screen; looked really nice.

you didn't look all that closely...

Forums ==> General Corvette ==> Audio/Electronics.

From there, there is a a thing called the C4 Audio FAQ.

And yes, for 1990-1996, it's a double din.
