I am currently in the process of doing so right now. I am going to make it out of 3/4" MDF so I don't have to mess with fiberglass. I will try to post some results after I get the necessary time I need to get it finished. Work and the holidays are cutting into my playtime drastically. :boxing

I am clearing the center storage compartment out to make room for nitrous. :cool: Therefore, I'm thinking of selling my custom made sub box. This would be only the box, not the JL Sub in the picture.
The enclosure is constructed of MDF/Glass for a 10" Sub. The enclosure's net volume is .65 ft^3. It is basically a copy of a JL Stealthbox. The black carpet is nearly a perfect match, although it looks different under the flash. The carpet was purchased from a high-end stereo shop, and was not cheap.
I also have a modified factory cover with an integrated grill. This can be placed over the box and it plays right through the factory carpet, albeit invisibly. I would consider the cover a beta version, not perfect, but very functional.
