I have searched all over and cannot find an answer to this question. I am looking to replace the door speakers in an 07 non-bose. I have read that people are installing seperate amps to power the door speakers which I want to avoid, but would make it easy to wire. MB Quart components are what I want to install, replacing the 8" sub and highs. Is there a way to wire this through the MB Quart crossover or do I have to do some fancy wiring somewhere other than in the door panel?

Thank you for your help.
I think you will find the factory amp insufficient to drive a set of component speakers. Additionally you would not be able to use the crossover that comes with the speakers as is intended. The crossover is done in the factory amp so I guess the best you could do is to simply connect the 6.5" to the wires from the stock 8" speaker and then pass the 3.5" driver's connection through the crossover and only output to the tweeter to protect it. If this sounds overly complicated it's because it is, but the design of the stock system doesn't leave you much choice unless you start over (the far better way to go).
I know I have driven a set of components with an aftermarket HU and it has worked surprisingly well. Does anyone know if I will get the frequency response for the 6.5" just by hooking up the the wires of the 8"sub? Or will I just get low freq's? I'm trying to get better sound without having to rewire the entire speaker system and adding two amps, which I guess may be too much to ask for.

You can drive components off an in-dash receiver. It will work just fine as long as your expectations are reasonable. In your case, the real problems are the built-in crossovers in the factory amplifiers and suspected built-in equalization. Unfortunately, there's no cheap or simple way around these factors.
thanks for the info so far, looking at it did not seem like there would be a simple solution. I'm going to try and bypass the factory amp if I can find it and locate the input and output wires.
I did the upgrade for the head unit, I installed a Pioneer av1c-z2. During the install all that was output from the stereo was two sets of wires for fronts and two sets of wires for rears. Now the factory amp has to take care of all the crossover which has been explained. It seems to me that if I could find the input on the amp for these wires and output going to the doors that I could splice these wires together and finish the rest of the wiring from inside the door without having to run new wire from the head unit all the the way to the door.
Once again I appreciate the wuick responses and help, I hope someone else finds info from this thread and hopefully a good conclusion will come out of this that sounds good. My main concern is that I want to keep a stock look and not run new wired all around the C6.
...without having to run new wire from the head unit all the the way to the door....
That's a surprisingly easy thing to do once you have the door panels off. I'd say a much easier proposition than fighting with re-configuring factory wiring. It was actually among the easiest things Komoman and I did in his C6.
I guess I am trying to avoid running new wires through the door because I rewired a 350z and the hardest part was going thru the door grommet because it was a plastic connector that I had to drill through to get a big enough opening for the wire. And that connector was a pita to get back on due to the small amount of room where it was connected. I just thought it would be easier to splice the wire that is already in place.
The wires run through a large accordion tube. No drilling is necessary. IIRC, the worst you'll have to do is trim a little rubber away on the kick-panel side of the tube. It's nothing you'll ever see, and it won't lead to any future problems. I found it easier to feed wire from inside the door back through the kick-panel. Once all the panels are out of the way, it's literally a 5-minute job at most. If you indeed care about maintaining stock functionality or appearance, running speaker wires is the better way to go than cutting into any factory wires.
Thank you for all your help, hopefully it works out well. I am going to install new wire between the hu and speakers this weekend. I hate taking out that center console, especially since I have put an 08 console in it. I'll post how it sounds and if it is worth it when I am done.
