I'd love to use these for a pair of 6x9s... any chance of just getting blank plates (but still with mounting holes drilled) and I can cut my own hole for a 6x9 (assuming this stuff cuts easily)? I know you said you don't have much time for customs so I could just cut the 6x9 in myself...
thanks!

But honestly, if you're tied to a coaxial speaker, you'd be far better off just installing a round 6.5" coax instead of a 6x9. Yes, you will get slightly more bass out of a 6x9 but an oval shaped speaker is an inherently inferior cone shape for producing sound waves. A round speaker will always sound better than an oval one. My pair of pennies.

Sorry, we used to offer blanks but we sold so few I turned them all into standard plates and haven't made blanks since. The material cuts, but not easily. If you take your time and stop often to allow the blade to cool you could expand the round hole to fit a 6x9.

Sorry, I used to offer blanks and customs but they just didn't sell so now all I cut is the 6.5" setup. Only thing I could suggest would be to mount something to my plates and mount the 5.25's to that, but that may defeat the whole purpose for ya.

Just ordered a set. After thinking it over for awhile, I knew these would be a better product than I could manufacture, at way less hassle, and a pretty fair price!
Thanks for making them available,
Dave
